Yoga teachers

All of our yoga teachers have completed yoga training and have significant experience working with children.

Lessons

The different Poses kids sessions on Wednesday afternoons aim to develop the child's motor skills, to help them progress in a group and to improve their self-confidence... Each child has their own lesson level.

3 to 6 years

4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Muscle awakening
and motor skills

Yoga postures with animal names, games, stories and songs... so that your child becomes aware of their breathing, stimulates their attention and develops their motor skills while having fun.

7 TO 11 YEARS

3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Apprehension of movements

Simple yoga positions and fun exercises, so that your child works on their coordination, flexibility and breathing. Thanks to these sessions, he will develop his bodily feelings.

12 TO 15 YEARS

2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Let go
and coordination

Dynamic postures to work on surpassing yourself, confidence, concentration and listening to yourself, characteristics specific to adolescence. As well as a meditation at the end of the course to allow time for calm and reflection.
