Pour que cela fonctionne, le power yoga repose sur plusieurs principes que nous allons explorer maintenant.\u00a0<\/p><h3>Force mentale<\/h3><p>La<strong> force mentale et physique<\/strong> font partie des<strong> principes fondamentaux <\/strong>du power yoga. En effet, le power yoga est bien plus qu\u2019une pratique physique. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la pratique du power yoga exige une <strong>pr\u00e9sence mentale forte et omnipr\u00e9sente<\/strong>. Elle se traduit par une <strong>concentration sur l\u2019alignement, la respiration et le mouvement fluide des postures<\/strong>. De ce fait, la force mentale se d\u00e9veloppe.\u00a0<\/p><h3>Les formes de force mentale<\/h3><p>Par ailleurs, la force mentale cultiv\u00e9e par le yoga se manifeste sous diff\u00e9rentes formes. Dans un premier temps, par la <strong>concentration<\/strong> qui oblige \u00e0 vivre l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent en laissant de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les distractions. Ceci permet une <strong>meilleure coordination entre le corps et l\u2019esprit <\/strong>ainsi qu\u2019une <strong>pratique plus fluide<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, ce type de yoga est<strong> intransigeant physiquement <\/strong>et <strong>pousse \u00e9galement \u00e0 sortir de sa zone de confort mentalement<\/strong>. Il suffit de prendre pour exemple la r\u00e9ussite de postures complexes ou en surmontant des obstacles physiques.\u00a0<\/p><h3>Force physique<\/h3><p>\u00c9videmment, le power yoga est connu pour son aspect physique stimulant. Gr\u00e2ce aux s\u00e9quences et aux encha\u00eenements rapides de postures, la force physique du corps entier est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour commencer, la force physique s&rsquo;accro\u00eet via le <strong>renforcement musculaire<\/strong>.
