Effectivement, notre esprit serait constamment en proie aux \u00e9motions, aux d\u00e9sirs et aux pens\u00e9es, ce qui entra\u00eene un<\/span><b> tourbillon des fluctuations mentales incessantes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
