En effet, ces pratiques ne peuvent \u00eatre directement li\u00e9es puisque le yoga est une pratique spirituelle tandis que le bouddhisme est une pratique religieuse.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019apparition du bouddhisme<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La culture du bouddhisme est une des grandes pratiques spirituelles et philosophiques du monde qui a vu le jour il y a deux mill\u00e9naires. D\u2019ailleurs son nom est tir\u00e9 du mot \u201cbouddha\u201d qui signifie <\/span><b>\u00e9veill\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou celui qui est \u00e9clair\u00e9. Si la pratique a pu exister, c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <\/span><b>Siddhartha Gautama<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de quitter sa vie royaliste en Inde au VIe si\u00e8cle au profit d\u2019une <\/span><b>qu\u00eate de recherche de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 sur la nature de l\u2019existence humaine et de l\u2019origine de la souffrance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. C\u2019est apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es qu\u2019il atteignit <\/span><b>l\u2019illumination <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou la <\/span><b>voie du milieu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sous un arbre en Inde \u00e0 Bodhi \u00e0 Bodh Gaya.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puis, il passe le restant de sa vie \u00e0 enseigner les principes du bouddhisme, appel\u00e9 le dhamma.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La philosophie du yoga et du bouddhisme\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le yoga et le bouddhisme sont tous deux des traditions spirituelles qui partagent des racines profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9es dans l\u2019antiquit\u00e9 asiatique mais elles ont aussi en commun leurs d\u00e9veloppements en Inde.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En premier lieu, les premi\u00e8res traces du yoga remontent aux <\/span><b>anciens textes v\u00e9diques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, notamment le rig veda datant d&rsquo;environ 1500 avant J-C. Il est important de garder en t\u00eate que le bouddhisme suit trois principes fondamentaux :<\/span><b> la conduite, la vue et la coh\u00e9sion entre la pratique. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils sont indissociables du chemin spirituel. Pour cause, les liens entre le yoga et l\u2019hindouisme sont complexes et profonds. Ces pratiques forment une alliance partageant des points communs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour commencer, le yoga bien qu\u2019il soit une pratique distincte, prend racine avec les enseignements spirituels de l\u2019hindouisme.
