Elle est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poses-studio.com\/yoga-pour-le-dos\/\">att\u00e9nuer les douleurs dorsales<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. Lors d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance de yoga, le nom \u00ab chien t\u00eate en bas \u00bb\u00a0 est un exercice des \u00ab asanas \u00bb (on appelle ainsi les diff\u00e9rentes postures en yoga).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Face vers la terre, pieds et main plaqu\u00e9s au sol levez les fesses au ciel pour former un triangle avec votre corps..<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est la posture dans laquelle <strong>il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de se reposer<\/strong> et avec laquelle vous pouvez entamer la prochaine pose. Dans la Salutation au Soleil (l\u2019enchainement de poses qui constitue un \u00e9chauffement classique au yoga), la posture du chien t\u00eate en bas est toujours effectu\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le poids du corps repose majoritairement sur les mains, les bras et les \u00e9paules. Bien faite, elle fait partie des postures de yoga qui <strong>apaisent le dos et assouplissent les jambes<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>La posture du guerrier<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe trois fa\u00e7ons de r\u00e9aliser la posture du guerrier. Cette posture est parfaite pour le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poses-studio.com\/yoga-homme\/\">yoga homme d\u00e9butant<\/a><\/strong><\/span> \u00a0et fait partie des <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poses-studio.com\/yoga-sur-chaise\/\">postures de yoga sur chaise<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Guerrier 1<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une jambe est tendue en arri\u00e8re, le pied est droit et bien \u00e0 plat. Les hanches sont vers l&rsquo;avant. Le genou avant est align\u00e9 avec le pied et forme un angle droit. Tendez les bras vers le ciel et gardez vos \u00e9paules \u00e9loign\u00e9es des oreilles. <strong>On se d\u00e9tend !<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avancez votre cage thoracique vers l&rsquo;avant. Fixez votre regard sur vos pouces. Respirez longuement pendant trois minutes.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Guerrier 2<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour cette variation de la pose,\u00a0 une jambe est tendue vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re et le pied \u00e0 plat est tourn\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s. Les hanches font face \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur (et non vers l\u2019avant comme le guerrier 1). Le genou avant est align\u00e9 avec le pied\u00a0 et forme un angle droit. Le haut du corps est droit et est tourn\u00e9 sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9. Les \u00e9paules sont tendues et les bras sont tir\u00e9s de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 en formant une ligne. Le regard est dans la m\u00eame direction que la main avant. <strong>Un guerrier d\u00e9termin\u00e9<\/strong> !<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Guerrier 3<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>C\u2019est la variante challengeante, car elle demande beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9quilibre<\/strong>. Si vous d\u00e9butez, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9.e pour pouvoir vous faire corriger.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La jambe d&rsquo;appui est droite et bien tendue. Penchez votre buste en avant pour former un angle droit avec votre corps, puis d\u00e9collez une jambe pour la tendre vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Votre jambe lev\u00e9e et votre buste forment une seule et belle ligne. Les avant-bras sont pr\u00e8s du corps avec les paumes jointes et les \u00e9paules sont loin des oreilles..<\/span><\/p><h2><b>La posture Yoga-Mudra<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En position assise, tendez une jambe et placez le plat du pied de votre seconde jambe sur la cuisse tendue. Inspirez profond\u00e9ment et penchez-vous sur la jambe tendue. Avec vos mains, aller chercher loin devant vous. \u00c0 chaque expiration, essayez d&rsquo;aller le plus loin possible. Maintenez la position 30 secondes en inspirant et expirant profond\u00e9ment. <strong>Cette posture stimule l\u2019abdomen, les intestins et renforce les lombaires<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>La posture de l&rsquo;enfant<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La posture de l&rsquo;enfant est appel\u00e9e ainsi, car c&rsquo;est la posture id\u00e9ale pour calmer les enfants, en effet <strong>elle calme le syst\u00e8me nerveux et ralentit le rythme cardiaque<\/strong>.
