All POSES ⚡ packs and subscriptions allow you to book sessions in all of the 15 studios et 6 expériences différentes of Sanctuary Pass (aquabiking, dance workout, boxing, HIIT, cycling, Premier bain).
You can also book several places per session and come accompanied.

What you

Tapis de yoga, blocs, haltères, ballon pilates… tous les accessoires necessaires sont mis à votre disposition, désinfectés et séchés après chaque session.
You will sweat:Get yourself some light sportswear! If you don't have any, we sell the coolest clothes in Paris at reception. All our sessions are barefoot: so come as you are!
Our studios are equipped with a fountain to hydrate you. If necessary, water bottles are on sale at reception.
REFORMER : Par sécurité, le port de chaussettes anti-dérapantes spécialisées est obligatoire. Pensez à vous en munir ou en acheter à l’accueil de votre studio. L’accès a la session ne sera pas possible sans.

Immersed in darkness for 50 minutes, start with a simple, basic and effective warm-up before moving on to our flow sequences and Pulse&Poses® designed to acquire strength, mobility and sculpt yourself.
