MISSION

POSES remains convinced that sport, beyond a simple physical performance, is an essential element of balance and well-being of each one.

POSES, through its studios, provides access to members, collaborators and more generally, to the greatest number of people, to the practice of sport by associating it with well-being. The sessions are accessible to everyone, beginners included. 0 experience necessary for 100% to let go, this is our credo.

ZERO PLASTIC BOTTLES

Here, plastic bottles are prohibited.
All our studios are equipped with water fountains so that everyone can fill their water bottle.
Don't have a water bottle? We offer natural French mineral water - theEau Neuve – in biosourced, recycled and recyclable packaging.

COMMITTED PARTNERS

Preserve the planet by promoting supplies from production models sustainable and committed suppliers in preserving the environment and supporting the development of short circuits. Our suppliers are chosen based on CSR criteria. 

Our studios are equipped with quality cosmetic products, with the brand of care of natural and vegan origin L:A BRUKET.

RESPONSIBLE OPERATION

Our studios have been designed as a place that is as environmentally responsible as possible. Water softeners with timed mixer system to limit water consumption in our showers.

We have internalized the cleaning of our towels which we deliver to our studios using a 100% electric truck.

HUMAN RESSOURCES

Within the team, 75% of our managers are women. And overall, 70% of our workforce are women.
We want to build the future with our employees by giving each of our employees the power to have an impact on the company's decisions.

Postponable sessions

Sick? On vacation? Or is your week too busy preventing you from completing your weekly session(s)?

No stress about losing your sessions! Sessions are carryover up to 3 weeks after the date the session is credited.
Each session credited to your account is valid for 4 weeks in total.

The credit system

The more credits you buy at a time, the lower the individual cost.

Studio Poses Credit System

85% sessions cost 12 credits.
The number of credits required per session varies between 10 and 16 credits depending on different criteria:

  • the session type,
  • attendance,
  • the schedule.

With credits, you can benefit from lower rates on times with less demand.
