Lexi
Lexi has been a coach for 4 years now. Personal but also fitness coach, she is versatile and has several specialties: muscle strengthening, HIIT and yoga.
Its aim? To get as many people as possible moving, all bodies, all profiles, whether flexible or not. For Lexi, having fun, relaxing and letting go are paramount. Accepting and embracing the process is part of the practice!
