Without prejudice or competition, for 50 minutes in the dark, Poses is: one studio, 3 concepts. You alternate between the basic movements of your favourite flow, and signature muscle-strengthening sequences (Pulse&Poses®). A no-holds-barred, inclusive atmosphere.
