POSES breaks the codes of traditional practices and offers an inclusive, fun and dynamic experience. Immersive, the 50-minute sessions take place in the dark to the rhythms of exclusive playlists.

At POSES, no experience is necessary to participate.
We advise you to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session. Our staff will welcome you for check-in and to hand you your towel. Don't hesitate to tell us if it's your first session! We're here to help you.
We offer rhythmic and dynamic workouts: you will sweat!
Our men's and women's changing rooms are equipped with showers, towels and a wide range of natural Doers of London skincare products to help you recover and leave home on fire.
We provide free bath towels, straps and yoga mats, systematically disinfected and dried after each session. Only bring comfortable clothing for our poses and a micro-fiber towel to place on your mat (you will sweat!).
If you don't have any, we sell them at the studio reception desk for €8!
All our sessions are barefoot: so come as you are!
To enjoy an optimal session and not disturb your instructor and other Posers, it is not possible to enter the studio once the doors are closed. In the event of delay, access will be refused and your credit deducted.
If you cannot make it to your session, you can cancel it directly from your account up to 12 hours before the start time. Otherwise, your credit will be deducted.
Our session packs can be shared with several people.
The placement on our masts is numbered: each Poser has its place! When booking your session, you choose your mat on our booker, your place number if you prefer. He will follow you throughout the session.
When a course is full, it goes into a “waiting list”. You can register from the planning if you have available credits on your account. If a place becomes available up to 2 hours before the course, we will automatically assign it to you and you will receive a confirmation email.
Lockers are available throughout the studio and changing rooms. No need to bring your lock, we take care of everything.
Our studio is equipped with a water fountain to fill your water bottles. If you have forgotten yours, Aqua Pax bottles and our water bottles are on sale at reception.
