At POSES, no experience is necessary to participate.

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session. Our team will welcome you for check-in and give you a towel. Don't forget to mention if this is your first session! We're here to guide you.

Our training sessions are intense and energetic, so get ready to sweat!

Our men's and women's changing rooms are equipped with showers, towels and a selection of Doers of London natural skincare products to invigorate you and leave you feeling great.

We provide free towels, straps and yoga mats, all of which are disinfected and dried after each use. Just bring something comfortable to wear for our poses and a microfibre towel to place on your mat (expect to sweat!).

If you don't have a microfibre towel, we have some for sale at the studio reception desk for €8!

All our sessions are barefoot, so come as you are!

To ensure an optimal session and to avoid disturbing your instructor and the other participants, entry to the studio is not permitted once the doors have closed. If you are late, you will be refused access and your credit will be deducted.

If you are unable to take part in your session, you can cancel it from your account up to 12 hours before the start. If you do not cancel within this time, your credit will be deducted.

Our session packs can be shared with several people.

Placement on our masts is numbered: there's a place for every Poser! When you book your session, you select your mast in our reservation system. This will be your designated spot for the duration of the session.

When a course reaches its maximum capacity, it is placed on a "waiting list". You can join this list via the timetable if your account has credits. If a place becomes available up to 2 hours before the course, it will be automatically allocated to you and you will receive a confirmation email.

Lockers are available throughout the studio and changing rooms. No need to bring your own padlock, we'll take care of everything.

Our studio has a water fountain where you can fill your bottles. If you forget yours, Aqua Pax bottles and water bottles are available for sale at reception.
